The name “One Little Chef” derived from one of my first Chefs who spent a few months addressing me as “Little Chef” when the social media platform Instagram first broke out.

Honestly, the next company or brand I feel comfortable representing will be my own. I have no desire to fear being myself, being confined to the idea of being “Lady-like”, or watching my occassional “bad” word.
Where did you go to school?
The International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute in Los Angeles, is where I attained my Culinary and Hospitality Bachelors Degree. I am perusing an education in Wine with the idea of becoming a well round Restaurant Professional.
